The individual study rooms & group study rooms in the Central Library are now reserved via the "anny" booking system!
All other study and work spaces can be used without booking and are freely available.
anny - Room booking:
Reservation is only possible with a valid hda ID and the corresponding login! All other users can use the rooms of the learning center in the student house, building C 23.
Bookings are made via the anny app, which can be found here anny in the App Store, anny on Google Play or at auth.anny.co/login. When starting the app for the first time, please select the option "anny.co" under "Data host region" and then click on "Continue with SSO". Then enter the domain h-da.de in the "Organization Domain" field. The language can be changed in the profile.
Go to "Discover" and select the desired learning place under Resources. After you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your selected period. Under "Bookings" you can view all your previously booked resources in your anny profile.
As soon as you have taken your place at the booked time, check in via the check-in e-mail or via the reservation page under "My bookings" (calendar icon top left). Unused bookings expire 15 minutes after the start of the time slot.
If you leave your seat or the room earlier than planned, please check out. This is also done on the reservation page under "My bookings" (calendar icon).
Please be fair: only book a slot if you are actually coming and cancel the slot if you are not coming. If you leave the workplace early, please check out. These seats will then be available for booking again.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so via the confirmation e-mail or via your booking view in anny. You will also receive a confirmation of cancellation.

- Log in to anny with your own hda ID
- Reserve the desired resource (learning space/group study room)
- Be on time at your seat and check in (cancel if necessary in case of no-show)
- Check out do not forget!
