Der Zugang zur Chemiedatenbank CAS SciFinder wird am 22.07.2024 von spezifischen CAS-Accounts auf Single-Sign-On via h_da Hochschul-ID umgestellt. Die Umstellung ändert nichts an bestehenden Accounts, alle Einstellungen bleiben erhalten. Für bestehende Nutzer kommt nach dem ersten Login eine Anfrage, ob die Hochschul-ID mit dem bisherigen SciFinder-Account verknüpft werden soll. Die Verknüpfung erfolgt über die h-da-Email-Adresse.

Sobald Ihr Konto verknüpft ist, können Sie wie gewohnt auf Ihr SciFinder-Konto zugreifen, einschließlich all Ihrer vorherigen Einstellungen und Ihrer Suchhistorie. Falls Sie noch kein SciFinder-Konto haben wird bei der ersten Anmeldung ein neues Konto für Sie erstellt.

Access to the CAS SciFinder chemistry database will be switched from specific CAS accounts to single sign-on via h_da university ID on 22.07.2024. The changeover will not change existing accounts, all settings will remain the same. Existing users will be asked after the first login whether the university ID should be linked to the previous SciFinder account. The link is made via the h-da e-mail address.

As soon as your account is linked, you can access your SciFinder account as usual, including all your previous settings and your search history. If you do not yet have a SciFinder account, a new account will be created for you when you first log in.
